What would a Spring Brunch be without a nice cool drink to sip on? I've got an easy one, after all we don't want to spend tons of time in the kitchen , we wanna sit and talk to friends! To Read More, Click On The Recipe Title.
Iced Chocolate Latte fits the bill. If you want to take it up a notch, put a splash of coffee liquor in the latte! All you need for this is brewed coffee, you're suppose to brew it twice but Carol suggested using a teaspoon of instant coffee instead so that's what I did. Coffee, sugar, chocolate syrup, milk and ice cubes and your on your way to having a refreshing summer drink. Sit back and enjoy!!

Iced Chocolate Latte
That's My Home
A tall glass filled with ice
4- 5 ounces of double brewed coffee ( I brewed the coffee once, then stirred in 1 tsp of instant coffee)
2 Tbls sugar
A good squirt of chocolate syrup
1/4 - 1/2 cup of whole milk ( as much or as little as you like)
Whipped Cream (option)
Cinnamon (option)
Instructions:
Brew the coffee, then brew again or use the instant coffee. Add the sugar, syrup and milk to the coffee, stir well. Pour over the ice and add Whipped Cream and Cinnamon if you like to decorate.

That looks like the perfect meal. I am absolutely positively making those baked eggs. I love them...and ham cups! Too cute!
I would love to sit down to this brunch!! A delicious egg cup with a slice of that lovely textured, soft bread all toasted up, and a fabulous chocolate laced iced latte - I'd be set for the day, and very happily!
I miss glae gand on food tv. I used to get so excited when her shows came on.
What a perfect breakfast spread. After I eat all this I'm ready for bed again. LOL
Oh, they all look so good! Yummy! I agree - the smell of homemade bread while it is baking is the best. I make oatmeal bread in my bread machine.
I really want to come to your house for breakfast or brunch! All 3 of these recipes are calling to me!Thanks!
Wow, everything looks so delicious!
Thanks for your comment over at ReTorte, Bunny!
I'm for breakfast anytime of day!
I love to bake bread too.. now that I finally got brave enough to try it. It is so much easier than I thought it would be and like you I love the smell of the whole house on baking day. ..plus... again, like you mention... kneading is fun and relaxing. The first time I made bread...my sweetie arrived and said, Hi, I'm home...oh, man!! Am I EVER home! Bread!!

I'm a great admirer of those who make their own bread - how wonderful!
Everything is looks great and I really love the egg cups..
Triple the goodies! Every one is a winner here. I love Gayle Gands egg dish, I've made it 3 times already, the bread looks outstanding, I would pop a piece in the toaster right now and slather it with butter, and then I'd wash it all down with that latte! You guys are killing me!
would love to be invited on a delicious brunch like this!! yum! i think i'll be making some baked eggs today, thanks for the recipe
I wish I lived by you! I'd be at your house baking with you all the time :)

Everything looks so good! I like the idea of eggs in ham cups. Very creative!
Looks like my kind of brunch. I love baked eggs.
That's the only way I like to drink coffee - with lots of milk and sugar and other delicious flavors blended in. I'd pay twice what Starbucks charges for that one!
The bread is great too. Just say the word "Amish" to me and I'm transported back to my college days in Lancaster County. I love Amish Country.
BUNNY! This is my new favorite bread! I have two fabulous loaves sitting over here and I also followed your suggestions for changing it up with the milk and less sugar. I did have to let mine rise for a full hour in the loaf pans but that worked out just fine. YUMMMMM!
Look at that delicious brunch! Your iced coffee looks so indulgent. Yum!
everything looks fantastic
Quite a few recipes to go through but all of them very nice and delicious, great combo if one could have em all, the latte very impressive ..cheers have a lovely weekend kisses :) xx
