It's that time of the year when anything can happen and usually does.  Impromptu get togethers between family , friends and co works to celebrate the holidays, and short notice company will need something delicious to snack on.  When those times happen , and you don't have the time or the energy to bake think about this delicious easy fruit dip.  There are 3 ingredients in this dip that you probably already have ...sour cream, brown sugar and vanilla.  That's it, that"s the whole ingredient list.  It might be a small ingredient list but it sure is big on taste.  This dip is cool and creamy in your mouth with the perfect sweetness that allows the flavor of the fruit to come shining through.  It compliments the fruit and allows you to enjoy it.  Some reviewers of the recipe used honey instead of the brown sugar and some added a little cinnamon to the mix.  I usually always have the ingredients on hand, this dip will be a regular here.  I hope you try it and love it as much as we do!  Enjoy!

What a great recipe! I use sour cream a lot, but I never thought to make a fruit dip with it. I can't wait to try this. Thanks!
