Blueberry Coffee Cake
I made this coffee cake for my mom's birthday dinner at my house, I know I know why not a regular birthday cake?? We were planning a dinner outside. Well my sister and I decided it was sooooo stinkinging HOT out that a cake with frosting might not be a good idea. My sister had asked me awhile ago to make a coffee cake with lots of crumb topping This cake is a combination of 2 recipes. The cake is a recipe that was suppose to have cinnamon and nuts in it but I decided to make it with blueberries. The crumb topping is from Cooks Illustrated's New York Style Crumb Cake. Texas Sheet Cake
Well today was Kelli's last day of work at the restaurant. She's part of our waitstaff and a wonderful young woman with a great personality and a bright future ahead of her. She was going to school and working with us at the restaurant, she's leaving for a job in physical therapy which is right up her alley. I often make goodies and take them to work for the girls, Kelli's favorite goodie is the Texas Sheet Cake. She loves it and requested I make it for her before she left us. She was thrilled to come to work today because she knew it would be there! I will never beable to think about this cake without thinking of Kelli too. And that's a very good thing. Cinnamon Rolls
Oh I was so happy that these Cinnamon rolls turned out as good as they did!! I've always wanted to make them in my jumbo muffin tins and today I did it. I used my potato bread recipe which I've used before to make Sticky Buns. This time I got to use my kitchen aide mixer and the dough turned out sooo soft and elastic that I was in heaven!! The bread dough is always sticky when I make it and Ive made it quite a few times now. I don't add anymore flour than the recipe calls for. I just flour my hands good and lay flour on the counter so it doesn't stick, grease the bowl and plop it in. The filling for the buns comes from my friend. And so does the cream cheese frosting. I love the frosting, it's to die for!! To Read More, Click On The Recipe Title.

Blueberry Angel Food Cake
This was my boo boo for the day. I didn't have enough cream of tartar when I was beating the egg whites for the cake. When it came out of the oven it kinda deflated alittle. It's not as high or fluffy as it should be. I'm gonna definetly make this cake again because even though it doesn't look the way it's suppose to it sure taste good! I'm posting the recipe even though it was a boo boo because it was totally my fault that it didn't turn out great.

Strawberry Swirled Cheesecake
I really enjoyed making this cheesecake. I love baking with fresh berries and fruits. This was something new for me, I've never made a cheesecake with fruit in it. I've put it on top of cheesecake but not in the batter. This was a very good cheesecake! The recipe called for putting red food coloring in half the batter to make the pink show up as the bottom layer but I didn't want to do that. So mine isn't as pink as they're picture was. Actually it's kinda pale compared to they'res but that's ok, mine tasted just as good!
